can someone help????

hi im 30 and have been suffering with my stomach for 2 yrs. i have had a colonoscopy and they could not see anything but said i have lymphocytes in my large intestine.. my symptoms include diarrhea, stomach cramps , tirdness. but they tell me i dont have crohns???? has anyone had a similar experience im lost feeling down and dont go out much because of my symptoms. i would appreciate if any one could give me advice on what to do next ????

positive serology with negative biospy

Hi. I am currently going through the exact same thing with my 10 year old son. Even with the lymphoctyes. We were told today that all of his biopsies were otherwise normal. We are now eliminating dairy products to see if its a lactose thing. It is very frustrating because you know there is something wrong but can't really find the problem. His serology test even came back consistent with crohn's disease but are now saying it is not.
