Just diagnosed with chrons disease

I was just diagnosed with this horrible disease and put on prednisone and pentasa and so far it's helping although the pentasa is huge pills and I have to take it 4 xd. My worst problems are if I eat bread so I think I'm gluten intollerate also cause it blows my stomach up if I eat even 1 slice of bread.
