not sure whats wrong!

Ok I will start by saying im 37 and had a tubaligation(cut tied and burned) in 2000. Now 12 yrs later whenever I eat anything I get diarhea except with bacon and eggs. Yea strange. And im always tired no matter how much sleep I get. I don't know what this could be and am concerned I could be pregnant or something could be wrong with me. If anyone has any idea what it could be please reply. Thanks for reading.lau
