I am sorry to hear that you are suffering with your health. Crohn's disease can unfortunately have a very negative impact on your life.
If you have lived with the disease for ten years, you will be aware that it can flare up for no apparent reason. This is frustrating in itself but it is possible that you may have encountered a trigger that is responsible for the recent bout of pains.
Have you had more stress lately?
Do you smoke?
Do you drink alcohol or have you had an increase in alcohol lately?
Are you eating different food types now than before?
I would suggest you go to see your doctor if you are experiencing different pains now. It can be just a referred pain from an onset of inflammation but there can be other causes that are nothing to do with Crohn's.
If you have been on the same medications for a long time, you may find that they are not working as well and the doctor might wish to change the prescription.
Some medications can have side-effects too and be a cause of fatigue and various other side-effects. It's certainly worth getting it checked out to ensure that there is nothing adverse going on.
Many people with Crohn's do state that they have pain in this area, so it is not uncommon, however, nothing beats sound medical advice and full investigation just to be on the safe side.
Good luck.
If anyone else has experienced the same symptoms, do let me know.
