Why do i smell with crohns please help

I have been diagnosed with crohns for about 4-5 year now and its been a rollercoaster but atm i am doin great brilliant really proud to say that. There is one thing though that is really making my life a misery i am depressed and turning unsocial, for some reason i smell of poo or maybe like a rotten kind f smell its foul, i am am very hygenic and wash thoroughly twice a day is anybody else havin this problem please help me :(
